American Express Office Brickell

This interior renovation took place in an existing office tower based in Downtown Brickell, Miami. The 15th floor American Express office was completely renovated, including state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, the modernization of 12 private offices and 64 open workstations, a breakroom, reception area, 6 briefing rooms, and a 4-rack server room. The improvements feature floor to ceiling glass partitions in addition to new flooring and wall coverings throughout the office space. Plaza coordinated the project schedule while maintaining minimal disruption to existing office tenants.
