The office also features custom backsplashes, marble tiles, and a white noise system in all open work areas. Plaza demolished the existing space and replaced all mechanical, electrical, and switchgear equipment. Field crews were required to work at night to install plumbing and electrical boxes that entailed coring through the tenant space directly below.
