BGT Office Headquarters is located just north of Miami, in Hallandale Beach. This office interior is comprised of 53 private offices and MDF workstations, five conference rooms, a kitchen, and an eight-rack server room with a pre-installed backup generator connection. The modern industrial design required attention to detail and quality control management to ensure the dignity of the exposed elements. To prevent disturbances, Plaza coordinated the nighttime installation of new sanitary, electrical, and floor drain systems running through the existing first-floor tenant’s space. This project is located on the second floor of Plaza’s additional project, The Village at Gulfstream Park.
