Diversity

Providing equal opportunity for growth.

With our on-going commitment to supplier diversity, or policy is to provide businesses with an opportunity to grow as a contributing member of the Plaza project team.

Promote and encourage socio-economically disadvantaged businesses to join our bidders list for upcoming projects

We have defined our diversity commitment as engaging the services of certified minority owned businesses, women owned businesses, disadvantaged business enterprises, veteran owned businesses, service-disabled veteran owned businesses and HubZone small businesses.

Over the last five years, Plaza has contracted more than $411 million to small and socio-economically disadvantaged businesses. With the support and involvement we offer to industry outreach events, conferences, and workshops, we promote and encourage socio-economically disadvantaged businesses to join our bidders list for upcoming projects.

We invite you to visit our website regularly to review our sponsorship of upcoming supplier diversity events; and visit our subcontractor tab under the "contact us" section to become a prequalified bidder.
