This healthcare interior build-out was the first of its kind for Plaza. Baumann Cosmetic Research Institute offers new-age skin care treatments and procedures. Creating a space to match their unique style of treatment required detail-oriented features, such as custom shelving, along with custom accent walls and refreshing tile and carpet choices. Designer lighting was installed throughout to contribute to the extraordinary experience. Plaza also provided electrical services through its electrical contractor, rather than having subcontractors hire their own. The tight schedule required elaborate planning to ensure the job was satisfactorily completed on-time.
