Harbour's Edge

Sitting on the intracoastal waterway in Delray Beach, this retirement community expansion and renovation was designed to enhance the facility and better suit the growing population of seniors. The project was divided into six phases and included the installation of high impact windows, renovation of the clubhouse, administration offices, and theatre room. Additions included a new kitchen and dining room, a library, and a life-long learning center for residents. The entire property remained functional throughout the process which required detailed scheduling and logistic plans to avoid disturbing the 300 residents.
