Village at Gulfstream Park

Located in Hallandale Beach, this retail space consists of, eight boutique shops. Plaza was contracted to construct the facility as well as build-out the interiors of the shops. Construction was done in multiple phases under separate contracts. As a way to minimize impact on existing tenants surrounding the project, field crews spent a significant amount of time planning and coordinating the project’s schedule.
