55 Water Street Lobby Renovation

Plaza Construction has been providing construction services at 55 Water Street for over two decades. Most recently Plaza transformed the lobby into a functional and welcoming space with more light for tenants and visitors. The new reception area houses two reception desks and large LED monitors displaying current national and global news. New amenities include a coffee bar, lounge area, and shoe shine station, adding an element of comfort to the space. Features and amenities are unified by use of materials existing in the lobby where the new additions appear seamless. 
With the incorporation of security gates, security is now more fluid and functional creating a threshold at the entry. Unannounced visitors are directed to the newly expanded check-in area.
