The structure is supported by 14” and 16” diameter auger cast piles plunging 40’ deep, a 16’ structural slab, and cast-in-place tensioned decks. Forty thousand yards of fill was exported from the site to make way for a one level subterranean garage built 7’ below the water table. Additionally, a 310’ seawall and pedestrian boardwalk were demolished and reconstructed.
