Settled in the heart of Miami Beach’s entertainment district, this Greek restaurant can host up to 211 guests. The restaurant also features a temperature-controlled wine room and a gourmet marketplace. Plaza renovated the already existing structure, this included installing a new foundation system, roof and parapet enhancements, and modernized the front entry way with aluminum storefront designs and hurricane resistant display windows complemented by fabric awnings. This was Plaza’s first project with this international restaurant group.
