Carillon-North Tower

Carillon’s north tower was constructed as an addition to the historic Carillon Hotel. This oceanside condominium includes 207 units, a three-level spa, restaurants, and 15,000 sq. ft. of street level retail space. The adjoining towers stand 23, 30, and 37 feet tall and are supported by concrete piles reaching 82’ below the water table at their deepest points. Plaza suggested using a tilt-wall panel system instead of cast in place concrete for the decorative 6-level parking structure, saving the owner $400,000.
