BLVD at Lenox

BlVD at Lenox is located at the gateway to Miami Beach in one of the most traveled commercial areas.

This 5-story contemporarily designed development features over 82,000 square feet of retail space and 224 parking spaces. Additionally, it is one of the biggest LEED-certified buildings on Miami Beach. The facade of the building includes an Architectural Concrete feature wall, as well as other cladding materials.

Prior to construction, Plaza worked with the owner to create a logistical solution for existing power line poles sitting in the way of the new building’s footprint. With the help of FPL, Plaza, the owner and the design team were able to overcome this challenge by breaking up the project into two phases. This allowed much of the building to be constructed while the FPL vault was designed and built as a standalone building.

As construction manager, Plaza worked directly with the owner and designers to deliver this project for an on-time and within-budget completion.
