Beachcraft is the upscale restaurant located on the ground level of Plaza’s additional project, 1 Hotel and Homes South Beach. This restaurant is equipped with an exhibition kitchen and a custom-made wood fired grill, as well as an extensive bar with custom floor-to-ceiling woodworking. This project earned a LEED Silver rating for its environmentally sound practices. Plaza worked on the renovation while simultaneously working on the renovation of the entire property, 1 Hotel and Homes.
