The Gateway at Wynwood office building in Miami will move forward after obtaining a $76 million construction loan. Designed by Kobi Karp, the 12-story Gateway at Wynwood will have 220,000 square feet of office space and 25,900 square feet of retail. There will be a rooftop amenity deck. Foundation work and vertical construction on the 1.1-acre site will begin soon. The project should be completed in the second half of 2021.
