The project, designed by Handel Architects, will transform the current 3.65-acre parcel of surface parking into a vibrant residential community. The new development will introduce 282 high-end residential units to Weehawken, providing modern and luxurious living spaces for future residents. The site is designed to enhance the local urban landscape, with the project’s unique feature being the creation of a pedestrian plaza that will seamlessly connect the two buildings. The development is set to top out at eight stories, offering a mix of units for sale that cater to diverse residential needs.
