Plaza is currently working as Construction Manager for the MEPS Infrastructure project in this 14 story building and basement. Some of the major elements to this project are: Upgrading the fire egress staircase from the first floor to the roof, electrical and telecommunications closets at each floor and riser shafts, 13 sound proof A/C mechanical rooms (which involved furnishing and installing two 20 ton cool air AC units), construction of a fresh air riser/smoke purge shaft from the second floor to the roof, building fire alarm and BMS systems and new sprinkler lines throughout the building, three electrical service switchgear boards, ATS equipment for emergency generator system, MI electrical cable risers from the basement to roof; electrical boards and service at all floors; and communications risers from basement to roof with branch panels at each floor, wiring and work to interface with building critical electrical systems, including the furnishing an installation of new ATS Systems. |
