 As construction manager for these “big box” retail buildings Plaza had to face the challenge of expanding an off ramp for the Major Deegan Expressway, replacing all utilities, storm & sanitary sewer, water, gas, telephone and electric for 1400 feet of exterior street, accommodating the foundations for the MDE widening, and remediating the entire 16.5 acres under the DEP’s Brown Fields program. |
