Perched atop the Random House World Headquarters, The Park Imperial
Condominiums boasts a magnificent ebony paneled lobby, an intricate onyx
inlay terrazzo floor and a flowing stainless steel, onyx and wood concierge
desk, all illuminated with custom lighting designed by Adam Tihany.
Sitting 260’-0” above ground, on a one of kind truss system, which transfers
the load of the concrete condominium on to the steel and concrete
commercial tower, The Park Imperial's “first” floor is an amenities floor,
consisting of a healthclub, a common room with full working wet bar and
kitchen and an office suite with internet access.
Full kitchens in one, two and three bedroom condominium units were fitted
out with kitchen cabinets supplied by
Siematic Industries, Pietro Cardoso
Soapstone countertops and custom back
painted glass backsplashes. 16”x16”
Crema Delicatos tiles were installed on
the master bathroom floors and walls.
All of the kitchens, five fixture baths and
power rooms were successfully laid out
so that plumbing and electrical fixtures
were roughed into align with finished
mirror and tile joints.
All of the apartments were finished with Penga Penga engineered wood
floors laid in a herringbone pattern and capped with a stepped wood base.
