Plaza Construction Corporation was selected as the Construction Manager for Eleven Times Square, the newest office building in Manhattan’s most exciting business district. The 38,000 square foot site is located 42nd Street and Eighth Avenue.

11 Times Square will be an extraordinary, environmentally responsible modern building befitting its marquee location.The design features a sculptural composition of forms sheathed in combinations of sheer glass curtainwall and unique “silk-glass” spandrel panels.

Private roof terraces with glass windscreens will be installed on several of the building setbacks. Exterior sunshades will animate the portions of the southern and western facades while improving thermal comfort and reducing glare. High-performance, spectrally selective Low-E glass will be used in the curtain wall and will help this “green” building achieve LEED Silver Certification from U.S. Green Building Council.

11 Times Square will be 600 feet tall and consist of 38 occupied stories above grade with one cellar. The new state-ofthe- art building will be approximately 1,100,000 SF. The office lobby is located prominently at the corner of Eighth Avenue and 41st Street. The office floors will rise from the 3rd floor to the 38th and will have 9’6” floor-to-ceiling glass with a 5’0” wide window module. There are no corner columns resulting in dramatic open spaces with spectacular views.

A major retail component will occupy one floor below grade, grade and one floor above, having significant frontage at the corner of 42nd and Eighth Avenue.
