Plaza managed the construction of TOWN CENTER ONE, a high-profile, Class A state-of-the-art office tower, creating efficiencies throughout the project.

Plaza’s broad reaching involvement with NEW YORK UNIVERSITY encompasses over 150 individual projects, from demolition and renovation to infrastructure and new construction.

Plaza was responsible for managing every detail, from early development through move-in, of this world-class research, education and treatment center – the NATIONAL INTREPID CENTER OF EXCELLENCE.

The W HOTEL AND RESIDENCES was selected as the Best Project of the Year Worldwide by the Developers and Builders Alliance. Plaza is proud to have served as Construction Manager for the project.

As part of a joint venture with Schiavone Construction, Plaza is the General Contractor for the MTA FULTSON STREET TRANSIT CENTER that will be an essential transportation and retail hub in lower Manhattan

Plaza is proud of our role as Construction Manager on THE INTREPID SEA, AIR & SPACE MUSEUM, the world’s largest privately owned maritime museum.

THE SHOPS AT ATLAS PARK, a massive retail redevelopment in the Plaza portfolio, won New York Construction’s 2005 New York Tri-State Top 40 Projects.

MORGAN STANLEY’s state-of-the-art trading facility is a prime example of redevelopment and reinvention – 600,000 sq ft made new, dynamic and multifunctional. Plaza acted as CM on this complex project.
